The Virtual Women's Center
The signature project of the Women in Transition Partnership is the Virtual Women’s Center, a rich on-line resource conceived and evolving to support the complex needs of women in transition in East Tennessee.
The WiT Partnership is actively recruiting agencies and organizations to participate in the VWC project in these ways:
- VWC Sponsorship Non profit organizations and community service agencies can develop customized agreements to serve women in transition by means of the Virtual Women’s Center.
- VWC Community Access Locations Places where the public or clientele can access computers on line are invited to develop mutually beneficial agreements to serve women in transition by means of the Virtual Women’s Center.
- VWC Listing Non profit organizations and community service agencies can publicize their locations, hours, contact information, and offerings of services & benefits for women in transition by simple listing on the Virtual Women’s Center. More details and registration information
